Trình tạo số ngẫu nhiên
The detailed guide below is currently available in English.
How the generator works
Every number is an integer picked uniformly from your range, meaning each allowed value has the same chance of appearing on each draw. The minimum and maximum are both included — set them equal to force one exact value. Results regenerate automatically whenever you change an input, so pressing nothing is enough to get a fresh batch; simply nudge any setting to reroll.
Unique mode and sorting
With "unique values only" checked the generator works like drawing names from a hat: each value in the range can appear at most once, so asking for more numbers than the range contains is impossible. This is the right mode for raffles, lottery-style picks, and sampling students or tasks. The sort option arranges the output from lowest to highest, which makes long lists of numbers much easier to scan and check off.
Câu hỏi thường gặp
Are these numbers truly random?
They come from your browser’s pseudo-random number generator, which is excellent for games, drawings, sampling, and study practice. It is not cryptographically secure or suitable for regulated randomness such as official lotteries, which usually require certified hardware or audited procedures.
Why is my count limited in unique mode?
Without repeats, the most you can draw is one of every value in the range: a range of 1 to 10 can yield at most 10 unique numbers. The calculator tells you the ceiling and suggests widening the range or lowering the count when you hit it.
Can the minimum and maximum be negative?
Yes. Any integer range works, including negative bounds such as −50 to 50. Fractional bounds are rounded to the nearest integers before generating, since the output is always whole numbers.
